Role Description

DarDoc is seeking a full-time Staff Product Designer to join our on-site team in Dubai. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and refine user-centered products that align with our mission of delivering accessible and personalized healthcare solutions. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, creating innovative product designs, applying design thinking methodologies, and crafting visually appealing and functional user experiences. You will play a key role in shaping the look and feel of our digital platform to meet user needs effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Visual Design and creating aesthetically compelling and functional design elements.
• Strong knowledge and application of Design Thinking methods to drive innovative and user-centered solutions.
• Hands-on experience with User Research and UX Research to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Expertise in Product Design, with the ability to deliver end-to-end product experiences from ideation to implementation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or health-focused digital platforms is a plus.
• An aptitude for problem-solving, attention to detail, and creating intuitive solutions for complex processes.
