About the Role

The Stakeholder Management Manager will play a critical role in planning and managing stakeholder engagement for Executive Leadership. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our Stakeholder Management team and ensure seamless coordination with key partners.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Manage and provide daily direction to both Engagement and Protocol officers.
  • Strategic Mapping: Manage stakeholder mapping of context, issues, and resources.
  • Committee Support: Assist in the organization and facilitation of Executive-level committee meetings.
  • Engagement: Support and supervise networking activities, Learning Circles, and broader stakeholder engagement initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders within and across various groups.
  • Communication: Manage regular contact with all priority stakeholders to keep them informed of organizational activities.
  • Analysis: Coordinate and manage Social Network Analysis activities.
  • Content Oversight: Supervise content development for stakeholder biographies and the regular collection of content for a system newsletter, including its production and distribution.
  • Data Management: Collect and maintain stakeholder data in the database regularly to ensure it is continuously up to date.
  • Event Logistics: Supervise logistics and organization for all leadership engagements and events, acting as a facilitator when required.
  • Documentation: Oversee report writing for all meetings involving stakeholders.
  • Strategic Insight: Obtain knowledge and information to shape communication strategies that foster positive relationships, identifying strategies to mitigate potential risk for high-profile issues.
  • Diplomacy: Navigate politically sensitive subjects and maintain constructive relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrate the ability to think strategically and transmit analysis effectively to partners and colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 7 years of relevant experience, preferably within similar high-level or international organizations.

  • Priority and time efficiency management.
  • Advanced Organizational and Planning skills.
  • Expertise in Relationship Management.
