Job Responsibilities:
- Receive shipments from customers at SuperJet stations and verify shipment details and documentation
- Perform a basic visual inspection to ensure shipments are properly packed and safe for transportation
- Record shipment information in the company system or approved logs
- Coordinate with SuperJet drivers regarding trip schedules and shipment loading
- Supervise the loading and unloading of shipments to ensure proper handling
- Hand over shipments at destination stations and obtain delivery confirmation or signatures
- Follow all safety, operational, and station regulations
- Handle customers professionally and escalate any issues to management when necessary
- Maintain order and cleanliness in the shipment handling area
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the shipping/logistics field is a preferable
- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma
- Familiarity with our industry is a plus
- Experience using the help desk and support tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Patience when handling tough cases
- Multi-tasking abilities
