Ontime Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Stay-In Full-Time Nanny to care for a 1-year-old child in Dubai. This role requires a nurturing and responsible individual who can provide attentive care, create a safe and stimulating environment, and support the child's developmental needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive care and supervision to the 1-year-old child throughout the day and night as a stay-in nanny
- Prepare and feed age-appropriate meals and snacks
- Ensure the child's hygiene needs are met, including diaper changing and bathing
- Engage the child in age-appropriate play and learning activities to promote development
- Manage the child's sleep schedule and bedtime routines
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for the child
- Communicate daily updates and any concerns effectively to the parents
- Assist with light household tasks related to the child's care
Requirements
- Proven experience as a nanny or caregiver for young children, preferably toddlers
- Strong knowledge of child development and age-appropriate care practices
- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to the child's needs
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with parents
- Ability to live-in full-time and commit to long-term employment
- Reliable, trustworthy, and capable of handling childcare responsibilities independently
- Flexibility to adapt to the family's schedule and requirements
- Relevant certifications in childcare or first aid are a plus
