Steel Detailer Tekla

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Steel Detailer with 34 years of experience to join our engineering office. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Tekla Structures and AutoCAD, with the ability to prepare accurate shop drawings and coordinate with engineers to deliver high-quality projects on time.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 3D steel models using Tekla Structures.
• Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and erection drawings.
• Review structural drawings and clarify missing or conflicting details.
• Coordinate with structural engineers to resolve technical issues.
• Follow office standards and ensure drawing accuracy.
• Meet project deadlines and maintain quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering.
• 34 years experience in steel detailing.
• Very good knowledge of Tekla Structures & AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of steel connections, sections, and fabrication process.
• Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines.
