Role: Sterilization Technician (CSSD / Autoclave Staff) Full-time, On-site, Jeddah

Role Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Sterilization Technician to join our CSSD team. The role includes performing decontamination, cleaning, inspecting, assembling, packaging, and sterilizing medical instruments and equipment. You will ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols, maintain accurate sterilization records, and collaborate with operating room staff to guarantee the timely availability of sterile instruments and supplies. This role is essential for maintaining a safe and effective surgical and clinical environment.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in decontamination and sterilization processes.

Knowledge of infection control practices and protocols.

Familiarity with operating room procedures and workflows.

Understanding of medical terminology relevant to sterilization and clinical settings.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict hygiene and safety standards.

Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods.

Certification in sterile processing or equivalent is a plus.

• Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical environment is advantageous.
