The Stock Controller will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and maintaining accurate inventory levels across stores and the warehouse. This role ensures that stock availability aligns with sales demands and operational requirements while minimizing discrepancies and losses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage stock levels across retail stores and warehouse.
  • Perform regular stock counts, investigate variances, and report discrepancies.
  • Coordinate stock transfers between stores, warehouse, and production units.
  • Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory using the ERP system.
  • Support the merchandising and retail teams with timely stock updates.
  • Prepare stock reports and analyze turnover rates to optimize inventory.
  • Ensure loss prevention measures are followed in all handling processes.
  • Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure data accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in stock control, inventory, or warehouse operations preferably in the fashion retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles and stock reconciliation.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (Odoo or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus) and Excel.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities accurately.
