Role Overview
As a Store Fulfillment Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless affiliate operations, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Manage the opening and closing operations of affiliate stores.
- Consistently exceed KPI's such as Average Assign Time, Average Preparation Time, Average Dispatch Time, and maintain delivery and accuracy ratings above 4.7%.
- Monitor and control the rate of out-of-stock order cancellations by offering suitable substitutions when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with riders and other vendors to maintain efficient operations flow.
- Update and maintain affiliate system information, marketing materials, deals, and promotions.
- Troubleshoot affiliate system issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for affiliates, providing prompt communication and support.
- Generate, analyze, and prepare periodic and ad hoc reports on affiliate performance.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to resolve technical and operational issues.
- Handle various administrative tasks related to the department.
Must Have Requirements
- At least 2 years of previous experience in a similar store fulfillment, coordination, or affiliate position.
- Computer literate with excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- A target-oriented approach and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and within a team.
