One of the leading supermarket retail groups in the Middle East is looking for a passionate and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations across its UAE stores.
The ideal candidate will be hands-on, people-focused, and experienced in managing HR functions in a fast-paced retail environment.
Location - DUBAI
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HR support to store managers and employees across assigned locations.
- Oversee smooth execution of HR processes including onboarding, attendance, leave, and employee record management.
- Manage onboarding and induction for new store employees.
- Support store manpower planning and coordinate hiring needs with the Talent Acquisition team.
- Handle employee movements such as transfers, promotions, role changes, and exits.
- Administer exit formalities including resignations, clearance, and final settlements.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary issues.
- Support performance management discussions and improvement plans.
- Conduct regular store visits to maintain HR visibility and engagement.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws, company policies, and retail SOPs.
- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
- Track and analyze HR metrics to support business and workforce decisions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8 years of HR experience, preferably in the retail sector.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, multi-store environment.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
