Abilities
Understand and carry out oral and written instructions in English; perform inventory maintenance work with speed and accuracy; to interpret, apply, and explain established inventory management policies and procedures; learn the computerised inventory control system and other computer applications related to the work.
Key Responsibilities
- Raw material receiving and painted with color coded for project wise, materials issues.
- Paint receiving and stored in predefined location, paint issues job wise.
- The detail of the material received shall be recorded in the stores materials in ward register. (Project wise & supplier wise).
- Raising delivery order. Stock: record register. Stock material releasing.
- L P O Copy collection & collection of invoices from purchaser.
- Client free issued material / purchased material storage & identification record.
- Welding rod issue record & control. - Manohar
- All sub contractor job, delivery note receiving record.
- Order the daily consumable items by monitoring the minimum stock list.
