Regular administration to offered tools and equipment to customer via regular inspection and auditing
Spare part order and follow up on shipment until receive in service center
Administrate sub inventory management at service vehicle includes safety stock supply
Support service manager with any required part moving reports and require part for reaching target KPI
Coordination with sales team about new line products in order to prepared with advance stock to serve customer once required
Follow stander deviation of spare part WH sorting and cleaning
Coordinate with tracking team and part leader for any pending service order due to shortage
Part local purchase sourcing and supply
Utilize JDE system for offering spare part to technician and assure audit technician sub-store on regular base
