Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems ERP.
  • Organize and store materials efficiently to optimize warehouse space.
  • Issue materials to internal departments based on requisition orders.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and storage regulations.
  • Report discrepancies or damaged goods to the Supply Chain Management upon receipt of the materials from supplier.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed records and reports related to inventory accuracy, material movement, stock issuance, storage locations, expiry tracking, equipment maintenance, dispatches, and warehouse access control.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
  • 48 years of proven experience in store keeping similar role in a warehouse setting.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 360 Inventory management module / software and MS Office.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities to identify and address inventory discrepancies effectively.
