Store Manager - Alo Yoga - Kuwait

Role Overview :-

What we are looking for :-
We are looking for a strong, established Store Manager who reflects ALO Yogas positioning as a luxury, trend-leading lifestyle brand, delivering an exceptional, high-touch level of customer experience.

Key requirements & scope:
* Female candidates preferred; Arabic-speaking strongly preferred
* Proven experience as a Store Manager in a luxury / premium retail environment
* Demonstrated ability to lead large teams, including:
* Assistant Store Managers
* Visual Merchandisers
* Frontline sales teams
* Strong focus on clienteling, brand storytelling, and elevated customer service standards
* Ownership of visual execution, store performance, and operational excellence
* Close collaboration with Marketing teams on:
* In-store activations
* External brand events & community engagements
* Regular performance reporting and alignment with the Area Manager
* Confident leader who represents the brand externally and internally
