Store Manager – ANTA UAE

Job Summary:

ANTA UAE is seeking an Experienced, passionate, and results-oriented Store Manager to lead our Store. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, delivering an exceptional customer experience, managing store operations, developing the store team, and ensuring the store consistently meets ANTA brand standards and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional shopping experience.
• Analyze sales performance and implement action plans to achieve monthly and annual KPIs.
• Ensure the highest standards of visual merchandising and store presentation in line with ANTA brand guidelines.
• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS transactions.
• Monitor inventory levels, oversee stock replenishment, and ensure stock accuracy.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate store staff to build a high-performing team.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance to ensure adequate store coverage.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, mall regulations, health and safety requirements, and operational procedures.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
• Build strong customer relationships and promote customer loyalty through excellent service.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in the sportswear, fashion, or lifestyle retail industry.
• Previous experience managing a retail store in the UAE is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing store KPIs.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Passion for sports, fashion, retail, and customer service.
• Positive attitude with a customer-focused and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
