Job Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, manage, and mentor the sales team, providing daily performance monitoring and coaching to foster a high-performing environment.

Sales Performance & Optimization: Drive the achievement of store sales targets, optimizing processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and sales.

Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service, fostering a positive and engaging shopping experience for all clients.

Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations and organization of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.

Local Marketing & Promotion: Participate in the implementation of local marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive customer traffic.

Sales Contribution: Actively participate in sales activities, providing leadership by example and contributing to overall sales performance.

Candidate Profile:

Professional Drive: Demonstrated passion and dedication to your profession.

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in retail sales and management, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams.
