The Store Manager is responsible for the overall performance, profitability, and operational excellence of the branch. This role ensures high standards in customer experience, food quality, team performance, and financial results while maintaining full compliance with company policies and brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Monitor product quality, presentation, and service consistency.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and loss.
- Handle maintenance issues and ensure the store is operationally ready at all times.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and profitability goals.
- Monitor daily sales reports, P&L, food cost, and labor cost.
- Control expenses and optimize cost efficiency.
- Develop and execute local sales initiatives to increase revenue.
- Reduce shrinkage and prevent operational losses.
- Recruit, train, and develop store team members.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide continuous feedback.
- Build a motivated, high-performance team culture.
- Ensure proper scheduling and manpower planning.
- Handle team conflicts and disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role in F&B Coffee operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good financial and analytical abilities (sales, cost control, P&L).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
