Role Overview:
The Jewelry Store Manager is responsible for leading all store operations, maximizing sales performance, ensuring exceptional luxury customer experience, and protecting brand integrity. Beyond day-to-day management, the role plays a strategic function, driving business growth through operational excellence, team leadership, customer relationship development, and data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the store's annual sales strategy, aligned with the overall retail and commercial goals.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor insights to identify new sales opportunities.
- Lead local marketing initiatives, in-store events, private previews, and collaborations to increase traffic and brand visibility.
- Optimize inventory levels and assortment planning based on sales patterns and customer preferences
- Build a high-performance sales culture through coaching, motivation, and structured selling techniques.
- Ensure exceptional service standards for VIP and high-net-worth clients through clienteling strategies, follow-ups, personalized gifting, and after-sales care.
- Handle complex customer cases, special orders, and bespoke jewelry requests.
- Oversee daily store operations ensuring full compliance with SOPs, brand guidelines, and audit requirements.
- Ensure robust security procedures
- Manage store financials records, and cost controls.
- Ensure full compliance with legal requirements, warranties, hallmarking, and certification standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in luxury retail, preferably jewelry, watches, or premium accessories.
- Strong leadership and customer management capability.
- Proven track record in hitting sales targets and driving store performance.
- Excellent communication skills, clienteling skills, and problem-solving ability.
- Deep understanding of jewelry materials, precious stones, craftsmanship, and after-sales services is preferred.
- High integrity, professional appearance, and mature handling of confidential information.
- Fluent Arabic & English speaker is a must
- Previous experience in Saudi Arabia is a plus
