Job Title: Branch Manager

Location: Downtown, Cairo, Egypt

Working Hours: 7 hours per day

Reports to: Retail Manager

About the Role

Tredco Elsayad, a leading company in power generators, sewing machines, and fitness equipment, is seeking a professional and dynamic Branch Manager to join our team.

We are looking for a strong leader who is energetic, organized, and customer-focusedsomeone capable of managing daily branch operations, guiding the team, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. If you have solid leadership skills and experience in retail operations, this opportunity is for you.

What You'll Be Doing

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.

Ensure excellent customer service standards within the branch.

Monitor staff performance and provide coaching, guidance, and support when needed.

Maintain product displays in an attractive and organized manner.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.

Prepare and submit regular performance reports to management.

Collaborate with the sales and retail teams to improve branch performance and boost sales.

Who We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.

35 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.

Preferably with previous experience in one or more of the following fields:

• Sewing Machines, Power Generators and Fitness Equipment
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Positive, energetic personality with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve branch KPIs.
