Store Supervisor:
The purpose of the role is to support the Management Team in achieving store targets, through effective management (of the store team) compliance
with the organizational policies and procedures
Key Accountabilities:
Targets, Profitability & Financial Management:
Support the Management Team in achieving store and KPI targets in order to meet the overall organizational objectives.
Support the Management Team in maintaining high levels of profitability through control of discounts, general expenses, stock loss, sell-through in order to meet profitability targets.
Ensure effective stock management and implement loss prevention measures to safeguard company assets.
Maintain knowledge of and adhere to financial procedures, including deposits, daily banking, and cash handover processes.
People Management & Training:
Support the Management Team in conducting technical training needs of the store staff in order to ensure that they are fully trained on products, customer service, policy requirements etc.
Ensure responsibility for the off-boarding process, including facilitating timely completion of employee clearance, return of company assets, and proper documentation in coordination with
People & Culture (P&C) within the timelines mentioned in the off boarding process flow.
Coaching store team on standards and SOP's.
Operations & Administration:
Support the Management Team in managing the operational side of the store as well as managing administrative areas such as staff scheduling, coordination with suppliers, contractors etc in order to ensure the smooth running of the store.
