Job Description

Job Title: Store Keeper

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:

1. Receiving & Inspection

  • Receive incoming materials, supplies, and equipment.
  • Verify deliveries against purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
  • Inspect materials for quantity, quality, and damages.

2. Storage & Inventory Management

  • Store materials in an orderly and safe manner.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock registers/ERP systems.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.

3. Issuing & Dispatching

  • Prepare and issue materials as per approved requisitions.
  • Ensure proper documentation (Material Request, Issue Voucher, Delivery Note).
  • Coordinate with logistics for timely dispatch of materials to sites/projects.

4. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain proper filing of stock records, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), and issue slips.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
  • Support in audits and physical stock verifications.

5. Compliance & Safety

  • Follow warehouse safety rules, including proper material handling and storage.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
