Job Title: Store Keeper

Location: Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities:
1. Receiving & Inspection
- Receive incoming materials, supplies, and equipment.
- Verify deliveries against purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
- Inspect materials for quantity, quality, and damages.
2. Storage & Inventory Management
- Store materials in an orderly and safe manner.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock registers/ERP systems.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
3. Issuing & Dispatching
- Prepare and issue materials as per approved requisitions.
- Ensure proper documentation (Material Request, Issue Voucher, Delivery Note).
- Coordinate with logistics for timely dispatch of materials to sites/projects.
4. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain proper filing of stock records, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), and issue slips.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
- Support in audits and physical stock verifications.
5. Compliance & Safety
- Follow warehouse safety rules, including proper material handling and storage.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
