We're Hiring: Aftersales Storekeeper Warranty Department

We are looking for an experienced Aftersales Storekeeper to join our Warranty team. This role is responsible for receiving, issuing, and managing all AFS materials in the After Sales Warehouse (AFS WH). The position also oversees tool tracking, calibration coordination, and the movement of materials between internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and verify materials from INW, Sajjah, and local suppliers
- Organize, label, and store materials for easy access; arrange materials for Warranty and Revenue teams
- Handle packing, dispatch, and shipment coordination (including Abu Dhabi and international requirements)
- Track all inbound/outbound materials and maintain accurate documentation (DO, SIV, SRV, WHTR, invoices, etc.)
- Conduct regular stock counts, ensure FIFO issuance, and maintain stock accuracy
- Manage scrap receiving, tagging, documentation, and disposal with Quality and Scrap Yard teams
- Monitor and update tool tracking and calibration status with QHSE
- Track refrigerant and gas cylinder movements
- Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and proper storage standards
- Maintain warehouse locations and support barcode implementation
- Report discrepancies, manage defective returns, and ensure compliance with all warehouse procedures
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor
Education
- Diploma in Technical, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field
- Additional HVAC-related certifications are an advantage
Knowledge Requirements
- Strong understanding of HVAC spare parts and inventory management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- ERP knowledge (SAP, BAAN, etc.) is an added advantage
Skills and Experience
- 35 years of experience handling spare parts in a manufacturing or distribution environment (preferably HVAC)
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Team-oriented with leadership and analytical abilities
- Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and customer-service skills
- Self-motivated and task-oriented
- Food planning and stress management abilities
