Position Objectives:
To design, develop, and deliver high-quality reports and presentations that clearly communicate project progress, performance data, and strategic insights to internal and external stakeholders. The Storyteller & Presentation Specialist ensures that all deliverables are accurate, visually compelling, and strategically structured to convey the right message, support decision-making, and align with project objectives and outcomes.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from academic, administrative, and operational teams to prepare detailed and summary reports.
- Design and create high-quality presentations for meetings, workshops, conferences, and other educational events.
- Develop visual representations of data, including charts, graphs, and infographics, to facilitate better understanding and engagement.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify key messaging and structure content for maximum clarity and impact.
- Ensure all reports and presentations adhere to institutional branding and maintain consistency in style and format.
- Review and proofread all materials for accuracy, grammar, and compliance with guidelines.
- Maintain a repository of reports and presentations for easy access and future reference.
- Stay updated on tools and trends in data visualization and presentation design to enhance deliverables.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in reporting, presentation design, or a similar role, consult demonstrating a track record of delivering impactful outputs.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data modeling) and PowerPoint (creating engaging and professional presentations).
- Strong aptitude for data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Competence in presenting insights through clear, visually compelling reports and dashboards tailored for stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail and an appreciation for design aesthetics in reporting.
- Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines effectively, and deliver high-quality results under tight timelines.
- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with educational metrics and reporting standards is considered an advantage.
- Strong command of English is required. Proficiency in Arabic will be considered an added advantage.
