About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Desk Assistant / Strategic Account Manager to support our affiliate team in managing high-value partnerships across the Forex and fintech ecosystem. You will work closely with our partners, assisting with account management, product integration, and daily operations, while ensuring a seamless and productive partner experience.

This role is ideal for someone organized, responsive, and confident in managing commercial accounts, with a good understanding of the Forex affiliate model, including PAMM, IB, and CPA partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Support affiliate managers with daily administrative tasks, including CRM updates, meeting schedules, and follow-ups.
  • Manage partner accounts, respond to queries, and assist with onboarding and product setup.
  • Track deal performance and support reporting to internal teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, compliance, product, and support) to resolve issues quickly.
  • Assist in implementing initiatives to grow and retain partnerships.
  • Contribute to operational efficiency and process improvements.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in Forex, affiliate marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Forex partnership models such as PAMM, IB, and CPA.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, email communication, Zoom, and CRM platforms.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage tasks independently while supporting a team.
