About the Role

We are hiring a Desk Assistant / Strategic Account Manager to support our affiliate team. You will help manage relationships with our partners and drive results in the forex space. You will also support daily operations, product integration and partner communication.

Responsibilities

  • Support affiliate managers with daily admin tasks
  • Handle CRM updates, meeting schedules and follow-ups
  • Manage partner accounts and respond to queries
  • Help affiliates with onboarding and product setup
  • Track deal performance and assist with reporting
  • Build strong relationships with partners
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues fast

You should know the forex affiliation model, including PAMM, IB and CPA partnerships. You must be organised, responsive and confident in managing commercial accounts.

Qualifications

  • 1 year or more of experience in forex or affiliate marketing
  • Strong understanding of partner deal types like PAMM, IB and CPA
  • Good negotiation and communication skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Skilled in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Familiar with email, Zoom and CRM platforms
  • Detail focused and proactive
  • Able to manage tasks independently and support a team
