Strategic Business Development Manager (AI / SaaS / Web3 / Fintech)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Format: Hybrid / On-site

Compensation: from $5,000 per month (base + commission)

We are looking for a strategic deal-maker who can fully own complex B2B transactions from first contact to signed agreement.

Key focus:

Closing strategic deals with founders and C-level across MENA, Europe, US

Selling integrated solutions (development + strategy + growth)

Structuring hybrid deals (cash / equity / milestone-based)

Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and proactive outbound (LinkedIn, founder communities, networking)

Conduct deep discovery sessions and qualify ICP

Own full deal cycle: negotiation, proposal, objection handling, closing

Work with legal teams on contract structuring

Build strategic partnerships and referral channels

Represent the holding at key industry events

Requirements:

3+ years in BD / Enterprise Sales / Strategic Partnerships in IT (SaaS, AI, Web3, Fintech)

Proven track record closing $50K+ B2B deals

Existing deal list, active pipeline, or established partner/customer base

Experience working directly with founders and C-level

Strong negotiation skills

English B2+

Nice to have:

Experience with hybrid (cash + equity) deals

Network in MENA / Europe / US

Background in AI or complex SaaS
