Job Description

Our client is seeking a high-caliber executive to lead and grow strategic relationships with major advertisers across the GCC. This role requires a proven leader with deep senior-level connections among key business and marketing decision-makers, strong digital and media expertise, and the ability to structure and close high-value, complex deals.

You will be responsible for driving long-term partnerships, accelerating revenue growth, and positioning the company as a trusted strategic partner to the region's top advertisers.

What You'll Do

  • Define and execute client strategy and account roadmaps to build long-term partnerships with leading advertisers across the UAE and Saudi Arabia
  • Develop and own vertical strategies to drive sustainable growth across key regional and local accounts
  • Prospect, penetrate, and expand relationships within advertiser, agency, and media organizations across both performance and brand advertising
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships, aligning solutions to CXO and Board-level business objectives
  • Own pipeline management, delivering accurate forecasts and clear visibility into revenue performance
  • Deliver best-in-class client service while continuously improving engagement models and processes
  • Identify incremental revenue and business transformation opportunities within existing accounts
  • Collaborate closely with regional and cross-market teams to drive product improvements, share insights, and strengthen client relationships
  • Build, develop, and motivate high-performing account teams, partnering closely with agency counterparts on strategy and new business development
  • Represent the company as a senior spokesperson at relevant industry and leadership events

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of senior business development and/or sales experience within advertising, media, or digital marketing
  • Strong commercial and sales expertise, with vertical knowledge and direct-response marketing experience highly regarded
  • Proven track record of exceeding aggressive growth and revenue targets
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and engage CXO-level stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of the media and advertising ecosystem, with digital at its core
  • Experience operating across multiple geographies, ideally within the GCC
  • Highly results-driven with a hands-on, detail-oriented leadership approach
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Self-motivated leader with strong interpersonal skills and a high-performance mindset
