The Mission
We need someone who generates daily qualified leads through real relationships in Dubai for:
- Investment opportunities
- Business acquisition & sales
- Company setup
Exactly Who We Need
Minimum 10 years in Dubai with active access to:
- Bank managers & Relationship Managers
- Real Estate Brokers (Off-plan & Investment)
- Company formation & PRO Services firms
- Legal & financial advisors
- Wealth Managers & Investment Advisors
- Private clubs, HNWI circles, exclusive networks
- Vehicle ownership mandatory — you will be on the road daily.
What You'll Do
- Build and expand strategic network across Dubai
- Close partnership deals with key individuals
- Generate consistent high-ticket leads through relationships
- Design partnership models (Referral / Commission / JV)
- Convert connections into measurable pipeline
- Work closely with sales team to turn leads into revenue
Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable)
Don't apply if you lack:
- Minimum 10 years real experience in Dubai market
- Personal vehicle (mandatory)
- Active, usable network (not surface-level connections)
Background in:
- Investment / Real Estate / Banking / Business Setup
- Proven track record closing deals and partnerships
- Ability to negotiate at C-level / HNWI
- Deep understanding of Dubai investment & business landscape
- Output-focused: Lead → Deal → Revenue
Who Shouldn't Apply
- People who say I know people with no output
- Marketing or social media-only backgrounds
- Managers without real network
- Based outside Dubai or without serious UAE experience
