NOK Human Capital is hiring Vendor Operations for one of the biggest multinational E-commerce companies.

Contract Duration:1 year
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the end to end process of placing the POs, forecasting and assessing stock requirements, sharing POs with vendors and Fulfillment Centre Supply Chain teams to manage the delivery dates.
Ensure the POs meet the required approvals according to the company financial approval matrix
Follow up with Procurement and vendors to confirm on the submitted PO quantities, and ensure orders delivery at the assigned date & time
Enhance catalog quality and ensure new selection complies with Company's guidelines
Monitor vendor performance such as stock/ inventory health, sales performance and fill rates
Basic qualifications:
- 2+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience using Excel and other business analytic tools Excellent communication skills (English & Arabic)
Experience with software and editing tools (including HTML, Excel and SQL) Experience in online retail Proven ability to multi-task
