Strategy Analyst

Role Purpose

The Strategy Analyst Digital & IT is responsible for supporting the development and execution of enterprise-wide Digital and IT Strategy initiatives aligned with KAHRAMAA's business objectives, modernization programs, and Qatar's national digital transformation agenda within the utilities sector.

The role ensures strategic alignment between technology investments, operational excellence, and long-term digital capability enhancement across customer, asset, and network domains.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Roadmap Development

• Support the development of enterprise Digital & IT Strategy, transformation roadmaps, and governance frameworks.
• Contribute to long-term modernization and innovation planning aligned with utility sector objectives.
• Assist in defining digital architecture principles and capability models.

Current State Assessment & Analysis

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of IT systems, digital maturity, and operational processes.
• Analyze customer systems, asset management platforms, and network technologies to identify gaps and optimization opportunities.
• Perform benchmarking against global utility best practices.

Technology Evaluation & Innovation

• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies such as:
• Internet of Things (IoT)
• Artificial Intelligence (AI)
• Automation & Robotics
• Advanced Analytics
• Digital Twins
• Predictive Maintenance Solutions
