Job Responsibilities
- Lead strategic projects aimed at improving scalability, cost efficiency, and operational excellence
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
- Develop business cases and recommendations for senior leadership, backed by strong data insights
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between Strategy, Operations, Product, and Commercial teams
- Own and refine KPI tracking to measure performance and support decision-making
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform Bosta's growth strategy
- Mentor and guide junior team members in analytical problem-solving and strategic thinking
Job Qualifications
- 5-6 years of experience in strategy consulting, business analysis, or a similar role within logistics, e-commerce, or tech. (Years of experience flexible based on experience level)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex problems and derive insights
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL (preferred), and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in preparing reports for senior leadership
- Ability to lead projects, work cross-functionally, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for logistics, technology, and scaling businesses
