Strategy Associate - UAE Natioanal

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement growth strategies for portfolio businesses, focusing on market penetration and product innovation
• Oversee the optimization of the asset portfolio in alignment with corporate strategy
• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends and growth areas
• Create and refine corporate and business-level strategies addressing specific challenges
• Establish KPIs and milestone plans to track performance and progress

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience from a recognised strategy consulting firm or a mix of industry and strategy experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant field (Master's degree preferred)
• Experience in growth strategy, corporate strategy development, and strategic project management delivery
• Must be a UAE National
