A leading international Industrials group is looking to appoint a Manager to join its Corporate Development team in Dubai.
The business is recognised for its strong market position and consistent growth across a diversified portfolio of industrial and infrastructure-related activities. The Corporate Development team plays a key role in driving the group's strategic agenda, with a focus on M&A, investments, partnerships and broader strategic initiatives across multiple geographies.

The role offers direct exposure to senior leadership, including C-suite stakeholders, with the opportunity to work on complex, cross-border transactions in a fast-paced and commercially driven environment. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of M&A transactions, including acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures and strategic investments
- Manage end-to-end deal processes, from initial evaluation through to execution and integration
- Build and maintain detailed financial models, including three-statement models and valuation analyses (DCF, LBO, comparables)
- Conduct strategic analysis, market research and target screening to support growth initiatives
- Prepare high-quality internal materials, including investment papers, board presentations and strategic reviews
- Support due diligence processes and coordinate with external advisers (financial, legal, commercial)
- Work closely with business units and senior stakeholders to assess strategic fit and execution plans
- Assist in post-merger integration planning and value creation initiatives
- Contribute to the development of the group's broader corporate strategy
Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years experience managing end-to-end M&A transactions within Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development or Transaction Advisory
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities
- Experience working on complex transactions and managing multiple workstreams
- Strong commercial judgement and interest in industrials and infrastructure sectors
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Fluent in English (no additional language requirements)
- Strong academic background
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Must already be based in Dubai
