Job Description
- Formulate and execute investment strategy through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Define and communicate objectives across departments in coordination with investment senior leadership.
- Deliver performance management reports and benchmarks for the investment division.
- Monitor and report on performance against strategic themes, providing actionable recommendations.
- Lead the annual management offsite, moderating discussions on growth plans and challenges.
- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among investment departments.
- Undertake special projects as assigned by the leadership to develop and implement sustainable solutions.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years experience in a global strategy consulting firm or a mix of management consulting and industry experience.
- Real estate sector experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong experience in strategic planning and performance management, with extensive understanding of balance scorecard methodology
- Must have good financial literacy, with the ability to understand financial returns, operating business, capital allocation, deployment, acquisitions, etc.
- Must be an excellent team player, fostering collaboration and synergy within cross-functional teams
- Robust communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to stakeholders at all levels.
