Role Overview
We are building the control layer for autonomous operations. The platform sits at the intersection of software, logistics, and robotics.
As Strategy Manager, you will work directly with senior leadership to define and drive the company's strategic agenda - spanning go-to-market, product strategy, partnerships, and long-term platform expansion.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who can operate across 0 → 1 problem solving and structured scaling, in a fast-evolving, category-defining space
Key Responsibilities
Corporate & Business Strategy
- Shape and continuously refine the company's core strategy and positioning
- Translate long-term vision into concrete strategic priorities and execution plans
- Support & drive strategic planning cycles (quarterly, annual, long-range)
Market Development & GTM
- Define market entry and expansion strategies (starting with logistics, expanding into adjacent verticals such as infrastructure, industrials, etc.)
- Evaluate and prioritize new markets, customer segments, and use cases
- Support structuring of commercial models (e.g., revenue share, platform pricing)
Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem
- Identify, structure and manage key partnerships across operators, OEMs, and enterprise customers
- Support negotiations and strategic alignment with ecosystem stakeholders
- Build the foundation for becoming the default orchestration layer across partners
Product & Platform Strategy
Work closely with Product and Engineering to:
- Define platform evolution roadmap (from orchestration → optimization → intelligence layer)
- Prioritize features based on commercial impact and scalability
- Translate operational learnings from deployments into product strategy inputs
Financial Strategy & Business Planning
- Own and evolve business models, financial plans, and unit economics
- Build scenarios across: Volume scaling, Pricing structures, Cost optimization
- Support fundraising, investor materials, and strategic narratives
CEO / Leadership Support
- Act as a thought partner to leadership on high-priority strategic questions
- Lead special projects (e.g., expansion strategy, M&A, new business lines)
- Drive cross-functional alignment on critical initiatives
Qualifications
- 5–8 years in strategy consulting, venture building, or high-growth tech environments
- Experience in 0→1 or early-stage scaling contexts strongly preferred
- Exposure to logistics, robotics, mobility, or deep tech ecosystems is a plus
- Strong structured problem solving and first-principles thinking
- Ability to move between: High-level strategy,Hands-on executionAdvanced financial modeling and business case development
- Comfort working with technical and product teams
- High ownership, strong collaboration mindset
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration, curiosity to learn, grow and work closely with SMEs to upskill yourself
