Key Responsibilities
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Information Systems, HR, Finance, or related field.
2-3 years experience in strategy, business planning, performance management, or project coordination. Experience in HR outsourcing is a plus.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
Process modeling: Visio or Lucid chart preferred.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills (Arabic & English).
Preferred: Experience using project management tools such as Asana or Microsoft Project for workflow management.
