Responsibilities:

- Oversee market research and competitive intelligence to inform strategic direction.

- Develop feasibility studies, scenario analyses, and risk assessments.
- Partner with business units to prioritize high-impact initiatives.
Market Expansion & International Growth
- Identify and assess expansion opportunities across new geographies and channels.
- Develop market entry strategies including partnerships, acquisitions, and investments.
- Define customer segments and go-to-market strategies to maximize adoption and growth.
- Deliver actionable recommendations to leadership for new market entry decisions.
Rebranding & Brand Adaptation
- Lead rebranding and brand localization strategies for new markets.
- Ensure brand consistency while adapting messaging to cultural and regional nuances.
- Oversee brand campaigns, communications, and market-specific collateral.
- Track brand perception and customer feedback, refining strategies as needed.
Merchandising & Commercial Strategy
- Develop merchandising and product assortment frameworks tailored to regional markets.
- Define pricing, category, and promotional strategies to drive commercial performance.
- Establish operational guidelines for inventory, supply chain, and retail execution.
- Partner with local teams to ensure consistent execution and customer experience.
Stakeholder Engagement & Executive Advisory
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on strategy and transformation.
- Prepare executive-level dashboards, reports, and presentations.
- Enable cross-functional collaboration to drive execution excellence.
