Role Description:

We are seeking a Structural Design Engineer with strong structural design and BIM experience to join our design consultancy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for structural analysis, design, modelling, coordination, and preparation/review of technical deliverables for complex building projects.

Responsibilities:

• Perform structural analysis and design for reinforced concrete and/or steel structures in accordance with applicable international codes and project standards.
• Develop structural design solutions from concept through detailed design and construction documentation stages.
• Prepare and review structural calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
• Develop and maintain accurate BIM Structural Models using Revit Structure and other relevant BIM tools.
• Coordinate structural models and drawings with architectural, MEP, and other multidisciplinary teams.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve design/model coordination issues using BIM coordination platforms such as Navisworks.
• Ensure structural designs comply with project requirements, design standards, codes, and authority regulations.
• Review structural models and drawings prepared by BIM engineers/modelers for accuracy, completeness, and design compliance.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, BIM coordinators, architects, and other disciplines to deliver coordinated design packages.
• Support design changes, technical queries, RFIs, and value engineering exercises.
• Participate in design reviews, coordination meetings, and technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality structural design and BIM deliverables.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Develop structural design solutions from concept through detailed design and construction documentation stages.
• 5+ years od releveant structural design experience within a design consultancy environment.
• Strong experience in structural design of high-rise residential, commercial, hospitality or mixed-use projects.
• Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete and/or steel structural design.
• Hands-on experience with Revit structure and BIM flows.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETABS, SAFE and STAAD.Pro
• Working knowledge of Navisworks and multidisciplinary BIM coordination.
• Good understanding of international structural design codes and standards.
• Experience working across concept, schematic, detailed design, and construction documentation stages.
• Strong analytical, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary design consultancy environment.
