Desired Position - Structure Technician Coordinator
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise the Technical drawings to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Review and approve all drawings (architectural, structural, civil, or MEP depending on discipline) before submission.
- Coordinate with design engineers to clarify technical details and ensure drawings reflect the latest design intent.
- Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, international standards, and local authority requirements.
- Manage the preparation of detailed shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings.
- Ensure consistency in drafting practices, templates, layers, formats, and file naming systems.
- Resolve technical discrepancies between architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Verify accuracy of dimensions, levels, and material specifications in all drawings
