China State Construction Engineering Corporation Middle East (CSCEC ME) is recruiting a Structural Engineer to join our Technical team in a newly awarded Large Scale project in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Provide structural Design and technical support to project team
- Routine project site visits to understand challenges each project is facing and audit the team technical management compliance with company procedures.
- Review sub-contractor calculation submission (i.e. steel design, PT design and etc.) and provide engineering feedback
- Provide engineering solution where is required
- Design and checking for all contractor temporary works design (equipment foundation, equipment support, formwork, back propping .... etc
- Reviewing of Key method statement from structure adequacy perspective.
- Assist in investigation for structural items where site incident has occurred.
- Assist in tendering where structural input is required.
- Propose and develop structure Value engineering proposal and design optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structure
- 5+ Years of relevant work experience
