Structural Engineering Lead / Building Inspection Manager

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Structural Engineering Lead / Building Inspection Manager to support structural engineering, building inspections, technical assessments, and site coordination.

• Support building inspections, site assessments, and structural checks.
• Review basic structural drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Identify visible structural defects, construction issues, and maintenance concerns.
• Prepare inspection notes, reports, photos, and technical records.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and site teams.
• Assist with structural repair, maintenance, renovation, and improvement works.
• Monitor inspection schedules, testing activities, and corrective actions.
• Support site visits and follow up on technical issues.
• Ensure inspection activities follow project and safety requirements.
• Assist with technical documentation and project handover.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Some experience in structural engineering, building inspection, site engineering, construction, or a related role.
• Basic knowledge of structural systems, building defects, construction methods, and site inspection.
• Able to read and understand basic engineering drawings.
• Familiar with AutoCAD or basic engineering software is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to conduct site visits and work with contractors and project teams.
• Professional Engineer certification or relevant inspection experience is an advantage, but not required.
