In this role, you will lead the production and review of reinforcement shop drawings, ensure seamless coordination across disciplines, and uphold compliance with international standards. What You'll Achieve:
Technical Coordination & Structural Design
- Prepare and review structural designs, shop drawings, and technical documents in compliance with project specifications and international standards.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to resolve structural and design-related issues.
- Ensure all structural documentation is accurate, well-organized, and aligned with project schedules.
Project Support & Execution
- Provide technical support to project sites, addressing structural challenges and proposing effective solutions.
- Assist in the review and approval of subcontractors technical submissions and ensure compliance with contractual and safety requirements.
- Work closely with BIM and drafting teams to develop accurate and detailed models for execution.
Quality Control & Compliance
- Conduct structural analysis to optimize material usage and enhance cost efficiency.
- Ensure designs adhere to local and international building codes and safety regulations.
- Participate in site visits when required to verify implementation accuracy.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with architectural, mechanical, and electrical teams to ensure full coordination of structural aspects.
- Prepare and present reports on structural designs, modifications, and project progress.
- Maintain strong communication with headquarters and project sites across the Middle East to facilitate seamless execution.
What You'll Bring to ACC
- Experience: 3-5 years in structural shop drawings.
- Technical Expertise: Mandatory proficiency in BIM Revit for reinforcement shop drawings production.
- Language: Good Command of English Language.
- Coordination Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional review skills to ensure accuracy and consistency in all shop drawings.
