Job Description
1-Assist in developing, implementing, and supervising a student leadership development program, which supports and responds to the university's goals.
2-Determine and interpret student services needs on an individual basis.
3-Organize on and off-campus activities such as leisure activities, and trips and participate in cultural events where other universities might be partaking.
4-Assist in designing, developing, and/or facilitating a wide range of workshops, training sessions, and retreats for students, university guests, and staff.
5-Support in developing and coordinating specific programs to assist students with general well-being and social issues that may interfere with their academic programs.
6-Assist in supervising the elections held to form the different Students Government branches, developing, and implementing the appropriate policies to be followed during the elections.
7-Help coach and mentor student leaders of different student clubs such and supervise its activities.
8-Develop and monitor event budgets and perform cost analyses and reviews.
9-Assist the Director of Student Life in maintaining accurate records for student conduct cases.
Job Requirements:
1-Bachelor's degree in business administration from a reputable university.
2-(2-3) years of experience working with youth, preferably in higher education or a relevant setting.
Skills
1-Adept user of Microsoft word, Zoom, Google meet, Excel, and PPT.
