Job Description
Responsible for all major student events, activities, and community engagement.
Provide an environment that enhances the physical, social, intellectual, and emotional growth of students.
Assist in providing a safe and secure environment for all students in accordance with concerned departments.
Develop a student life calendar of academic year programs, staff/student intramurals for the campus community, including, but not limited to: Service-Learning projects, Intramural teams, recreational events, and other events.
Manage advertising and marketing efforts for all students activities (social media, display boards, student emails, posters, outreach, etc.) students in accordance with concerned departments.
Responsible for Graduation Events across the university
Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:
Prior experience in student affairs and services student activities in higher education
Experience and knowledge of risk assessing events and activities and/or organizing within pre-set guidelines.
Experience managing budgets, ideally within a team context.
