The Role

We are looking for a dedicated and creative Stylist Sales Associate to join our Dubai team. In this role, you will be the face of our boutique, providing exceptional styling advice, ensuring our clients find their perfect fit, and helping us showcase our beautiful collection through engaging content.

What You Bring (Requirements)

• Languages: Preferably Arabic-speaking, with fluency in English.

• Experience: A strong background in fashion retail, styling, or luxury client service.

• Technical Skills: Experience in alterations, including taking precise measurements and recommending adjustments.

• Content & Marketing: Proven skills in social media content creation (photos, reels, TikToks) and a solid understanding of fashion marketing.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Client Experience: Provide personalized styling and deliver an exceptional client experience strictly in line with The Hour Dress standards.

• Styling: Assist clients in selecting dresses and accessories perfectly suited for their specific occasions.

• Content Creation & Marketing: Capture high-quality, engaging content of the dresses, in-store styling sessions, and new arrivals for our social media platforms to drive brand awareness and digital engagement.

• Fitting & Alterations: Take precise client measurements, propose appropriate alteration solutions, and collaborate closely with the alterations team to ensure fit perfection.

• Brand Expertise: Maintain in-depth product knowledge of our designers, latest collections, and fabrics.

• Sales: Support sales objectives and local marketing campaigns while consistently upholding the boutique's luxury service standards.
