KBR is looking for Subcontractor Administrator - Executes subcontracts, purchasing of goods, services and supplies which includes RFQ inquiry, bid tabulation, commercial evaluation, commercial negotiation including terms and conditions, and order placement.
Location: Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities
- Good understanding of requirements for issuing orders and contracts in the Middle East as well as been familiar with contracting review process working together with legal department.
- Administration of orders as needed to monitor/manage contractor progress to ensure timely execution of work, coordinating with Project Management, Engineering, Logistics and other relevant departments to ensure proper completion as per stakeholders requirements and specifications.
Qualifications
- Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Must have experience in MS Dynamics (preferred) or SAP.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to adapt to changing work efforts and manage shifting priorities.
- Be able to develop and maintain professional relationships with internal/external stakeholders and contribute to a professional work environment by demonstrating integrity, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
