Description
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent - Painting & Insulation to lead our projects in the Gulf region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing painting and insulation operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all painting and insulation projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all work performed.
- Prepare project schedules and budgets, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks throughout the duration of the project.
- Train and mentor junior staff and subcontractors in best practices for painting and insulation.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
Skills and Qualifications
- 10-15 years of experience in painting and insulation management.
- Strong understanding of various painting techniques and insulation materials.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
