The AC Supervisor is responsible for supervising installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air conditioning and HVAC systems. The role involves managing technicians, ensuring preventive maintenance schedules are followed, maintaining safety compliance, and ensuring system efficiency and reliability.Key
Responsibilities1. Supervisiona Team Management Supervise HVAC/AC technicians and subcontractors.Allocate daily tasks and monitor performance.Provide technical guidance and on-site support.Ensure adherence to company SOPs and safety standards
- 2. Installation Commissioning: Oversee installation of split units, ducted systems, VRF/VRV systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation systems.Review drawings and ensure installation complies with project specifications.Coordinate with electrical and civil teams during execution.
- Maintenance; Troubleshooting: Plan and execute preventive maintenance (PM) schedules.Diagnose faults in compressors, motors, thermostats, control panels, refrigerant circuits, and ducting.
Ensure timely corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Compliance Safety Ensure compliance with HVAC codes and local regulations.Monitor refrigerant handling per environmental guidelines.
Conduct toolbox talks and enforce PPE usage.
