As an
Outlet Supervisor at Capital Motion, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and supporting team performance. You will act as a key link between management and frontline staff, ensuring that service standards, cleanliness, and operational efficiency are consistently maintained. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily outlet operations to ensure smooth service flow.
- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance, support, and feedback.
- Ensure all team members adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and service protocols.
- Assist in scheduling shifts and managing staff attendance and productivity.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety across the outlet.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and care.
- Support inventory control, stock rotation, and requisition processes.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and participate in training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Guest Service Excellence
- Lead by example in delivering warm, attentive, and personalized service.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Promote a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests and staff alike.

Qualifications
Qualifications Skills
- Minimum 23 years of supervisory experience in hospitality or F B.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Solid understanding of service operations and guest relations.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic administrative tasks.
- Professional appearance and grooming.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirement
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting and carrying items up to 25 lbs.
- Perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and climbing stairs.
- Manual dexterity for handling trays, utensils, and POS equipment.
