Role Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION

A Supervisor - HR Business Applications is critical in developing and implementing high-quality software solutions using Oracle technology. He/She will develop new applications or convert existing applications to create and deploy software solutions that meet the organization needs leading to increased customer satisfaction, retention and revenue.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and customize Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Learning Management, Benefits, Compensation, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Workforce Modeling, etc. within Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion.
  • Lead and manage Oracle HCM implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Gather and analyze client requirements, translating business needs into functional specifications and technical solutions.
  • Conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of the implemented solutions.
  • Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM applications, addressing and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Train and mentor clients and team members on Oracle HCM functionalities and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and other consultants, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Oracle HCM features, updates, and industry trends to provide clients with the best possible solutions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Oracle HCM implementation and consulting, with a strong understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering Oracle HCM projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Learning Management, Benefits, Compensation, Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Workforce Modeling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Oracle certification(s) in HCM or related modules is highly desirable.
  • Experience working in a consulting environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
