• Supervise and coordinate daily workshop activities and manpower.
• Plan and assign jobs to technicians, mechanics, fabricators, and other workshop staff.
• Monitor repair, maintenance, fabrication, and servicing work to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Inspect completed work and ensure compliance with technical specifications and company standards.
• Monitor the use of workshop tools, machinery, equipment, and materials.
• Identify mechanical or technical problems and coordinate necessary corrective actions.
• Maintain records of workshop activities, repairs, spare parts, and equipment usage.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, workplace safety, and safe operation of workshop equipment.
• Coordinate with management and other departments regarding workshop requirements and work progress.
• Train, guide, and supervise workshop personnel to improve productivity and work quality.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience: 5 years
• Education:
• Skills: mechanical maintenance, maintenance engineering, workshop facilitation, workshops, knowledge of maintenance procedures, welding equipment maintenance, maintenance and repair, equipment maintenance, facilities maintenance
